okay. i was referred here do get an implant done and it was amazing. i am so glad i didn't go with a partial. You guys are the best. if you were closer to me i would switch here ASAP. UPDATE: I am switching here now

I called Lorraine dental on the phone to schedule a teeth cleaning and after they took my insurance info and my personal info I had my appointment date. I go in and they photo copied my insurance and I.D. X-rays were taken and I was told I needed a deep clean instead of a regular cleaning so they had to submit the x-rays to the insurance company and they would be in touch to set the cleaning date. I called them at least 5 times during a 3 month period asking if they had heard from my insurance company about approval. The last time I called I was told they still hadn't heard back so I hung up. 5 minutes later they called back and said " You have an outstanding bill with us that needs paid first before we can proceed " I asked them , a bill for what? They said my insurance wasn't covering the cleaning I had done......CLEANING? I NEVER HAD A CLEANING! They insisted that I did 🤔 I've been calling for 3 months to get a cleaning! Then they proceeded to tell me that they DONT EVEN ACCEPT MY INSURANCE!!! So they tried to get me to pay cash for a fake teeth cleaning that NEVER HAPPENED and also submitted that exact same bill to my insurance company as well . I had to call my insurance compa

I, Trust the dentist's there completely. Everyone on staff is always timely, friendly and knows their profession well. I appreciate they can do most root canals in their office it saves time and I don't have to go to another office. When they are working on you they are very aware of your comfort and any anxiety that you may have during the procedure. Carol, the hygienist, knows her business and she's a hoot. I recommend the Lorraine Dental for a honest consultation or to have superior work done.

I've been looking for a place to take myself and my family. I've always seen them on my daily commute, finally gave them a call and was able to schedule my whole family thanks to Danielle. She's so sweet and professional. She kept me company while I waited for my kids to finish getting their cleanings and exams. The dental hygenist was pleasant as well (her name started with an H or a K but I'm not good with names 😬). Service was fast! Even including the time it took to schedule a follow up appointment. We were out the door in great time so that I was able to make it to another commitment on the other side of town. Parking is easy! I love the way you can enter the lot one way and exit another, perfect entrance and exit! Plenty of seating, they even have recliners!! TV's have the good Fox 2 shows on...very clean and well kept office. They are also open later than most dental offices, which is great for after school/extra curricular activity appointments. Definitely recommend.
